Service Description
Our Swim Match Program connects swimmers of similar abilities, confidence levels and learning needs for a personalized semi-private 2:1, 50-minute backyard swim program at Samantha's Learn to Swim, structured as 7 consecutive weekly sessions. Each lesson begins with a 10-minute arrival experience, where swimmers settle in with light backyard time on the trampoline or under the gazebo before entering the water. This program is designed for children, youth and adults, and is delivered in a safe, focused and highly personalized environment. How it works: choose a time and register one swimmer. Samantha then looks for a compatible swimming partner. Registering does not guarantee a match and does not reserve a lesson. Payment is only requested after Samantha approves a match and both families accept. The price shown is per swimmer. Families must choose the $15 annual family membership add-on. It is one fee per family per year. Optional: have the pool to yourselves with the private lesson add-on (15% premium).
Cancellation Policy
Program is flexible in terms of rescheduling, up to one lesson / credit, along side the swimmer partner. If the swim partner isn't able to reschedule with you, or Samantha's Learn to Swim isn't able to find a partner swimmer, however, the lesson may be up-charged for the private lesson price at $17.00 (depending on the schedule load of the summer season). If you don't use the credit throughout the program, the swimmer will be given a 30% promotional discount, which you and use to book a lesson on the last week in August. The weather can be unpredictable, can't it? If there is a heavy rain that has strong possibility of including thunder /lightening, the class will be rescheduled. This is a joint decision, between parent/guardian, although, it revolves around the intensity of the weather. Inclement = no class, and light rainfall = class continues.
